Tasting notes
Nose
Medium - high intensity, with citrus and floral aromas, orange blossom, white flower, pear and ripe melon. Aromas of bakery, butter, some fine vanilla and fennel. Interesting.
Palate
Rich, sweet entry, fatty with aromas of pear, grape, melon, fine vanilla again, ripe tropical, banana appears. The aftertaste is fresh and its mineral touch is reminiscent of the limestone soils at the bottom of the Bosque de Matasnos plot. The combination of the three varieties gives us memories of each of them, of the Chardonnay the tropical part, of the Viognier the unctuous part and of the Verdejo the fresh finish. From the aging, notes of vanilla, acacia and light bakery appear, the aging in the barrel very well integrated with the aging in tank on lees.

Description
Very interesting white wine from the Duero Highlands, tasty, sweet and to enjoy without complexes. Innovate and maintain tradition. But always to achieve a superior, different result.
Straw yellow color, shines with medium intensity.
Wine with intense aromas, complex and pleasant. Clean. Stone fruit, citrus, honeyed and slightly herbaceous, mown hay, sage.
Entry with citrus fruit, sweet from its work in tank with its lees, honey and lemon, light aroma of wild asparagus, long and rich.
