Rioja Vega Maturana is a wine that recovers one of the most unique and oldest varieties of the Rioja Designation of Origin: Maturana Tinta. This grape, historically a minority, provides a differentiating character that makes this wine an ideal option for those seeking to discover new expressions within Rioja.
Made from selected vineyards, this wine stands out for its intensity and elegance. It has an attractive deep red color with violet hues that reflect its vibrancy. The nose is complex and expressive, with a predominance of ripe black fruit such as blackberries and plums, accompanied by spicy notes and light toasted memories that provide depth.
In the mouth it is balanced and structured, with soft and well-integrated tannins. Its palate is broad, with an enveloping sensation that gives way to a long and persistent finish, in which the fruity and spicy nuances reappear.
