The nose moves between precise red fruit, blue flowers, dry earth and a fresh herbal sensation that provides verticality.

Palate

In the mouth it is linear, balanced, elegant and very clean. No excess weight, no makeup. Fine texture, natural acidity, delicate tannin and a tense finish that invites the next sip.

Description

PSI 2020 is a red wine that comes from old vines of average age of more than 30 years grown in microplots of the Dominio de Pingus winery.

Maceration takes place in cement tanks, which allows the aroma of the fruit to be achieved. Fermentation is a natural process, without added yeasts.

The aging takes place in cement tanks, in oak vats and in new French oak barrels from Pingus and Flor de Pingus.
