Juan Gil Enjoying 0.0 Blanco Verdejo is the non-alcoholic white wine from Bodegas Juan Gil, made with 100% Verdejo grapes from their own vineyards in the D.O. Rueda, Valladolid. A wine conceived with a single purpose: to obtain a quality white that maintains the original character of the wine from which it comes.
The process begins with classic vinification in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures, fermenting the must to extract all the aromatic expression of Verdejo. Next, the wine goes through a dealcoholization process meticulously developed in facilities designed for this purpose within the winery itself, eliminating all the alcohol content without losing the original character. Storage and subsequent bottling are also carried out in stainless steel at a controlled temperature.
Pale yellow in color with bright greenish reflections. On the nose, fresh and cheerful, with citrus aromas of lemon and lime, intertwined with delicate notes of white flowers and jasmine. In the mouth it is soft and refreshing, with a pleasant acidity and a dry finish with light floral notes, especially jasmine.
Once opened, it is recommended to keep it in the refrigerator for up to five days. Service temperature: 6-8°C. Suitable for vegans.
Ideal to accompany fish, seafood, salads, pastas, soft cheeses and rice. A non-alcoholic white to enjoy without moderation.
