Description

LUCA Dante's Kiss owes its name to one of the children of Laura Catena, in homage to Dante Alighieri, father of the Italian language, and is a celebration of the ancestral Bordeaux blend. A wine that fuses the character of the Uco Valley with the classic tradition of Bordeaux.

Made with grapes from vineyards located in Vista Flores, Altamira and Agrelo, the harvest is done entirely by hand. Fermentation takes place in barrels, with manual cap sinking and macerations of between 30 and 50 days at a very low temperature. The wine spends 18 months in new French oak barrels (60% first use, 40% second use) and rests in bottle between 8 and 16 months. In total, more than two years of storage before going on the market.

With a storage potential of up to 12 years, it is recommended to decant for 30 minutes before serving between 16 and 18 °C.
