Description
SUIA Viognier 2023 is the most special and exclusive white wine from Bodegas Borsao: the first single-varietal Viognier from the D.O. Campo de Borja, made in a very limited edition and the result of years of work and research by the winery.
The grapes come from vineyards located on the terraces of the Huecha River, in the heart of Campo de Borja, on clay-ferrous and stony soils that provide mineral character and complexity. After the harvest, fermentation and aging take place entirely in 225-liter French oak barrels for 9 months, in contact with the lees, which provides texture, volume and perfect integration of the wood.
