La Rioja Alta Alberdi Selección Especial Reserva 2021 is the most accessible expression and at the same time most faithful to the classic spirit of one of Haro's historic wineries. Made mainly with Tempranillo from its own vineyards in Rioja Alta, this reserva respects the traditional style of the house: fermentation in wooden winepresses, aging in American oak barrels for the right amount of time and an evolution in the bottle that rounds off the whole with finesse. The 2021 vintage, with great balance between fruit and structure, results in a bright ruby red red wine, with an aromatic and clean nose with notes of fresh red fruit, vanilla and light toasted touches, and an elegant palate, with fine tannin and lively acidity that invites both immediate enjoyment and aging.
A selection for members who appreciate classic Rioja at its best: tradition, balance and the signature of a century-old winery in a very outstanding vintage.
