The privileged location of the DYC Distillery, at 1036 meters above sea level, gives our whiskey a special quality and flavor that makes it unique.

Following the basin of the Eresma River, right next to the water, is the Molino del Arco, a 15th century palace. Its large arch welcomes you to live a unique audiovisual and sensory experience in theDYC Distillery.

DYC whisky is born in the peaks of the Sierra de Guadarrama National Park.

Majestic mountains that filter and enrich the waters of the Eresma River as they descend through their granite slopes.

Pure meltwater extracts all the aroma from our grain, transferring that characteristic fragrance to the whisky.

The cereals from the heart of Castile are the pure essence of our landscapes and our whisky.

The raw materials for creating whisky at the DYC distillery are supplied by local farmers of barley and corn, with specific characteristics of size, moisture and weight, and are not genetically modified.

Furthermore, Segovia's extreme climate, marked by the contrast between warm summers and cold winters, adds character to the whisky.
