Raventós i Blanc Rosé de Nit is a sparkling rosé with great personality that reflects the essence of the Mediterranean and the winery's commitment to environmentally friendly viticulture. Made mainly from Xarel·lo, Macabeu, Parellada and Monastrell, it combines freshness, complexity and elegance in each glass.
Its pale and bright pink color anticipates an intense and refined nose, with notes of wild strawberries, raspberries, pomegranate, rose petals and delicate citrus nuances. In the mouth it is fresh, balanced and silky, with a fine, well-integrated bubble that enhances its fruity character and its gastronomic profile.
