Description

Valle del Botijas is a wine that reflects the strength and authenticity of the vineyards of Castile and León. Its blend combines Tempranillo, Merlot, Syrah, and Cabernet Sauvignon, which contributes aromatic complexity and a rich palate. The harvest takes place in October, and the wine undergoes a fermentation process in contact with the skins, followed by aging in French oak barrels that lend it elegance and character.

In the glass, it displays a deep, brilliant ruby color with a high density and violet reflections in its youth. The nose offers aromas of ripe red and black fruits, hints of coffee, cocoa, and spices, along with a characteristic mineral background. On the palate, it is powerful and structured, with polished tannins, balanced acidity, and a silky texture. Its finish is long, persistent, and harmonious, making it an ideal wine for lovers of distinctive reds.

It is recommended to serve at a temperature of 13-14 °C. It pairs perfectly with red meats, game, roasts, aged cheeses and intensely flavored dishes.
