Nose
Fine and complex. It gives aromas of ripe and candied fruit along with hints of tobacco and sweet spices.
Palate
Broad, tasty, spicy and with ripe, well-polished tannins. It exhibits an elegant, delicate and long finish.

Description
It was the first wine produced by the winery. It has been made every year since 1992.
The grapes are manually selected on the table, where the shoulders and tips of the Tempranillo clusters are separated. This wine is made from destemmed shoulders. It has white grape skins, which ferment together with the red grapes. The varietals are Tempranillo, Graciano and white grape skins.
Aging takes place for 24 - 26 months in 225 liter barrels, mainly new French oak.
