Tasting notes

Appearance

Pale yellow with golden tones.

Nose

Complete and varied, you can see a mixture of flowers with fruits and vegetal notes with minerals. The bouquet is tactile and subtly seduces us with a touch of white flowers and nectarean apricot, followed by the freshness of rhubarb and mint and the minerality of ash.

Palate

Energy dominates the palate. After a welcoming opening, the wine quickly becomes vibrant and then literally explodes with a wave of effervescence and tonicity. Focused on acid and bitter notes, the finish provides a penetrating tension marked by ginger, tobacco and toasted tones.

Serving temperature

8ºC.

Description

Dom Pérignon Champagne Vintage is a masterpiece of elegance and complexity. This vintage champagne embodies the essence of a challenging but extraordinary year. It is characterized by its finesse and freshness, with an impeccable balance between vibrant acidity and notes of ripe fruits, such as citrus, green apple and pear. In the mouth, it reveals a creamy texture with hints of brioche, toasted almonds and a light mineral touch. Its fine and persistent bubble culminates in a long and refined finish, making it a sublime expression of the Dom Pérignon house.
