Nose
The nose is very powerful and complex, highlighting the ripeness of the grape with fruity aromas (prune) and the toasted (roasted coffee, toffee) of the wood that embraces the wine, it has a mineral background (flint and slate) and spicy tones (cinnamon, pepper and some vanilla), menthol, woods and aromatic herbs (sandalwood and thyme).
Palate
In the mouth it is elegant, tasty, very fruity, well armed in body with noble tannins and with gentle power, consistent, very expressive with sensations of fresh and compote black fruit, cocoa, English chocolate, aromatic herbs, coffee beans, broad and very persistent, in short it is a great wine, a faithful exponent of our “terroir” to consume now and in many years.
