Description
Mar de Frades is a monovarietal white wine made from Albariño in the Rías Baixas DO by the winery of the same name, Mar de Frades. The grape used is Albariño, hand-harvested in small boxes from the winery's own vineyards located on a hillside in the heart of the Salnés Valley, overlooking the Ría de Arousa. Only perfectly ripe and healthy bunches are harvested and brought to the winery.
