Wineries More Than Wines

Our vineyards are located in the high Meseta de Ocaña (Toledo), at 750 meters above sea level with its characteristic continental climate. The majority are old vines, in glass, grown organically, manually and without irrigation.

From the beginning we advocated sustainable viticulture and enology, making modern wines with the area's native varieties: Airén, Garnacha and Cencibel (Tempranillo). We are also dedicated to recovering varieties that are being lost in the region, such as Malvar, ensuring the future of our viticultural biodiversity.

We recovered the wine traditions of the area and began to make our wines here, basing our work on the cultivation of native varieties: Cencibel (Tempranillo), Garnacha, Malvar and Airén.
